This is a brand-new 5 BR house built in 2020 and situated at a convenient location with quick access to freeways, and is approximately 7 minutes to SeaTac Airport, 15 minutes to downtown Seattle, a 5 minutes’ drive to Tukwila Light Rail Station, which offers free parking for an easy commute to downtown Seattle for various tourist attractions. Most of travelers’ needs are within walking distance, such as Safeway with a deli and Starbucks, Subway, burger shop, dry cleaning service, and nail salon.
This listing is for 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms. There are 3 queen beds, 1 queen air mattress and 4 twin beds.
Maximum occupancy is 12 persons and 4 parking.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and automatic fire sprinkler systems for your safety.
City park is right behind our backyard, where you can go for a walk or a quick stretch.
A 2 car-garage and plenty of free street parking.
Two Living rooms with 55” smart TVs and high speed Wi-Fi for your favorite channel streaming.
The main kitchen is fully furnished with brand new appliances, plates, utensils and basic cooking seasonings: oil, salt, pepper. The 2nd kitchen on the upper level with cooking basics.
There will be tea, instant coffee & creamer to get your morning started. Plenty of hand sanitizer is available.
Two laundry rooms with Washer/dryer, detergent and fabric softener sheets are available on site and much more...
Our house is perfect for families, group of friends, or anyone on business trips.
Note: please look at my other listings if you have smaller group of 6.
Please kindly remove your shoes when in the house and use the provided sliders for indoor activities to keep the house clean and free of odor, especially during the rainy season.
A gate key for you to access the city park for a morning running or at your preferred exercising time. Key is in the main kitchen utensil drawer.
There will be a $500.00 fine per violation if guests violated any for the following:
* No parties nor events are allowed.
* No eating nor drinking in the carpeted areas.
* Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
* No pets are allowed.
* No candle burning/lighting
* No visitors parking unless using free available street parking
* Indoor smoking is prohibited. $500.00 fine will be applied if indoor smoking is evident.
We kindly ask that you do the following at leaving;
1. Double check to ensure cooktop, oven or range was turned off.
2. Leave room keys in the key chain if provided.
3. Dispose food compost, trash and recycling to the carts behind the garage.
4. Turn off all lights, close and lock all doors and windows before leaving.
5. Please take your valuable belongings with you anytime you leave the house. We will not be responsible for lost items.
Cameras will be in the common areas such as front porch, back patio, and outside stairs.

The person to get ahold of with a problem was great and had great response with house problems. I didn’t cook at the house but only one time as the pans to cook with were not very good or usable - most all of them need to be replaced! The layOut of the house was ok but was very weird to have to go into the bedroom with someone else sleeping in there to use the shower! And in the rules you are not to wear your shoes in or eat outside of the kitchen as my guess would be to keep the house clean. But as we got to the house and moved our things in my daughter and I had to do lots of cobweb cleaning and the coolair filter in the living room didn’t look like it had been cleaned all summer as dust and cobwebs were very think on it. After we were there a few days my husband dropped his pill bottle and it went under the couch so he had to move the couch out to retrieve it and there was lots of food, dust and toys under it - guessing that hadn’t been cleaned under in a good while. Overall we enjoyed the house just not very clean or stocked with usable kitchen items and with it in the rules that there is extra charge for food outside of the kitchen and no shoes in the house I did expect it to be much cleaner. The location to the airport and sightseeing and size of the house were great but looking out our front window/door was not a pleasant sight - very trashy! Overall if like us were only there mostly to sleep and shower it is a good rental!

The location is a short drive to airport, parks and downtown, which is a big plus. Stephanie, the property manager provided us easy instructions for check in and check out. The house is clean and stocked with plenty supplies in the kitchens and in the bathrooms. We stayed there for 9 days and the supplies never run out. Thank you for the nice hospitality and we will definitely come visit again.

We had 7 adults and 1 baby in our group. We had the space that we needed and room for more. We were very comfortable. We especially appreciate the cleanliness of the rental and the complimentary extras that were provided for us.

Facility is relatively new and beautiful inside and out. It’s in an older neighborhood and behind a house on the street. Location is great with a park out the back door, a grocery store a block away, good eating places 1-1.5 miles away in Burien. Near public transportation, 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to downtown Seattle. Good major road access to everything. We had a party of 10 adults and a 10 year old. Lots of room and facilities. The property manager and staff were 5+ Star. We’d do it again.
