Excellent location, walking distance to several amenities. Great space for large groups, especially if it’s couples.The only negative which isn’t really a negative just a bit of an inconvenience was the check in info listed a Keurig and to bring pods. Upon arrival we found out it was a traditional coffee maker and we all brought pods. Listing has been corrected.

Very cute area of coeur d’Alene. We had 12 adults and had enough space for everyone. The couple in the basement bedroom did say it was extremely noisy when people were using the upstairs bathroom in the middle of the night. Since we’re all older, that was quite often. The outside picnic area was beautiful and a great spot to enjoy our dinners. Front sitting porch was nice too when you need a little peace and quiet. Having access to the garage was nice. We had a large truck with bikes and it easy fit in this deep garage.

Check in process and communication was excellent. We even got to check in early. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful home. I do have to mention a couple of minor things. First the house temp was cold and there wasn’t a way to adjust the temp. I believe they were Google nest which we could not adjust. . Also they said there was a kuerig which there wasn’t. There was a coffee pot but it didn’t work. The host was very responsive and we were brought a replacement. However the water tank was filthy. I would rent again as the place was so nice. But these couple things should be addressed.
