2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. 7 parking spaces on the property, New Wave will supply parking tags that should be visibly placed on the windshield.
5. Pet Friendly (2 Pets Maximum)
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! It was perfect for our large family — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.The layout was ideal, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still having great spaces to gather together for meals, games, and time by the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet.The location was fantastic — just a short walk to the beach, and close to shops and restaurants.We made some great memories here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a fun and easy beach vacation!

We couldn’t be happier with this beautiful home! The house was so nice and fun for our group of families. The management was amazing!! Very friendly and helpful! We plan to book our next trip to Port A with this house again! Thank you!!

The vacation rental was very clean.

Dolphin Cove has plenty of space for a large family; the bedrooms are varied (bunk beds and double beds, king beds), allowing for multiple family configurations. The house was fairly clean and well equipped. However, for nearly $2,000 per night, we expected something more than ordinary. The pool may look grand, but it was very small and only 4.5 feet deep. The text says "close to the water." Unfortunately I was not savvy enough to realize that meant driving to the beach would be necessary. Houses are jammed together in the development. On the plus side, when we had a problem with a stair rail, it was fixed expeditiously. The beds were comfortable. The fire pit was a nice touch.
