About this house rental
20 acre equestrian estate w/breathtaking Mt Hood views! 5BR/2.5BA Custom home w/theatre, main level master suite w/fireplace & patio. Gourmet kitchen w/Viking range leads out to patio & pool deck for ease in entertaining. Heated saltwater pool & hot tub w/pool house w/full bath, outdoor shower & BBQ set up + fireplace. English cutting gardens, lawns, all privately tucked away at the end of the lane.
*Please note, half of this property is a working equestrian operation (broodmares and foals). As such, there is staff on the equestrian half of the property at all times (over 1 acre away from the home). Also, there are security cameras on the exterior of the home and barn ONLY (unmonitored and only used in the event of an emergency).
Please feel free to walk to lane, and explore the guest house side of the property only, and view the animals from afar. The equestrian half of the property is not accessible to guests. The interior and exterior of the barn does have security cameras for the safety of the animals.
BEDROOM DESCRIPTIONS
Downstairs is the primary, with a king bed and en suite bathroom with free-standing soaking tub and separate shower.
We refer to the bedrooms by color. The photos you see in the listing are only of the primary, which is on the main floor.
Upstairs are the following rooms:
PINK: pale pinks and beige colors with a white modern dresser, beautiful chrome and suede mirror, and a queen sized bed.
LAVENDER: very large bedroom, lavender and grey linens, a king sized bed, and a walk in closet.
BLUE: light blue walls, blue toile traditional linens paired with rattan accents, queen sized bed and also with a walk in closet.
GREEN: this room is a bonus off of/adjacent the movie room. Two full sized beds with green linens. There is no door between the movie room and the adjacent bedroom, but there is a door to close off the entire movie room and bedroom from the hallway.
All rooms upstairs share a bathroom that has a shower and double sink vanity.
There are two additional half baths downstairs and one stand-alone shower in the mudroom.

The home is well equipped and very welcoming. The property grounds are incredible. The views were amazing from the pool deck and hot tub. Our family had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Very beautiful house inside and out. Has plenty of space to enjoy a large family. Outside kitchen area is great for cooking to feed everyone.

That’s the main selling point for our family. The huge heated pool is amazing. We’ve been here several times now and the kids always have a blast.
