Miesha was amazing at communication and responded quickly at every step of our booking and through the stay.
The location was close to the beach, historic Kirtland, the Chagrin nature center, and downtown Cleveland for the museums. Our family had a great time.

It was nice to stay there while visiting family many hours away from our own home. We had no problems with neighbors or anything. Quiet neighborhood.
Communication was really great she replied almost instantly! There was a small issue with the fridge and she had the cleaning lady right over and got it fixed!
Only issue with us is we had three small kids and the stairs was an issue for us for the wanting to go up and down them, we should of brought a gate and extra toys!
It was simple and a nice stay for what we needed!!

Loved the dining area! Just would have liked a nightstand in the bedrooms and hangers in the closets.
