**Please note: Phoenix III will undergo a major waterproofing project from September 2025 through March 2026. During this time, the indoor pool and hot tub will remain open, while the outdoor pool and kiddie pool will be closed. Construction crews, equipment, and noise may be present during normal business hours. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor pools at Phoenix I, II, or IV.**

Our stay was FABULOUS!! Rooms were clean and the view was OUTSTANDING!! It was helpful that the condo building had grocery carts with loading and unloading of groceries and packing to leave. Excellent stay. Our room was on the 14th Floor so if you have a problem with heights take this into consideration.
