This home boasts comfortable seating inside and out, flexible sleeping arrangements, VERY fast & free WiFi, and FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN for cooking and coffee in the morning. There is the brand new Amazon Fresh grocery store which you HAVE to check out less than 5 min away! Also, with perfect freeway access to the 101 Freeway which will take you to visit everything in and around Los Angeles.
The house is spread out on a single floor with an amazing and modern brand new open kitchen concept which makes cooking a joy with a large dining table for 8-10 people which is open to the adjacent living room.
A bright Master Suite with french doors to the backyard and attached private Master Bath and indoor Jacuzzi and a personal HD Smart TV with a KING SIZED bed. For the other 3 guest bedrooms one has a King Sized bed and two Queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms.
Flexible additional sleeping arrangements include the large sleeper SOFA BED in the living room which is convertible to a double bed. There is also a queen sized air mattress (AeroBed) which can be used if needed.
The kitchen is fully stacked and equipped with modern amenities to make your stay great for the entire group, including a full coffee corner which includes a Keurig coffee machine and also a French press to make sure that everyone's happy. You have a large kitchen island which seats four people comfortably. All cookware, dishes, and basic spices are there in the home. Outdoor in the backyard you also have two nice BBQ grills, one charcoal grill and one Propane gas grill, equipped with all the utensils needed for you to enjoy.
A brand new and very strong Central HVAC controlled by a Nest thermostat to ensure that you are comfortable day and night.
You have driveway parking for up to three cars and then additional parking on the street right outside the house.
The living room boasts a 55" TV for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, local channels, etc. and comfortable seating on multiple couches and chairs. Super fast and reliable free WiFi (200+ MBS) for all of our guests which covers the entire property with our mesh system coverage. The home is stocked with cards & board games for the group to enjoy themselves inside or outside while enjoying the weather!
The clean and sparkling Swimming Pool is the central focal point of course with seating and chairs for sunbathing all around. Fully gated backyard lets the kids run around safely! Small pets or animals are allowed. We respect all of our guests including those who have allergies, however, small pets up to 20lbs are allowed, but please let me know beforehand so that the property can be thoroughly cleaned up for our future guests with pet allergies.
The bedrooms ALL have top of the line mattresses, bedding, and clean high quality linens to ensure you get a good night's rest. In addition I know how important it is to charge your devices conveniently so plugs are located at the side of each bed including bedside lamps with USB chargers, as well as throughout the entire house.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Villa Sausalito, the outside Pool area was great, with plenty of seating and dining area. Loved the fresh oranges.!! The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Woodland Hills, close to a plethora of shopping and restaurants. Easy access to beaches and various LA attractions.The villa is very spacious has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The furnishings and accessories are high end quality, everything and everywhere is very clean. Communication with Bobby was first class and he responds very promptly, he is a true professional who excels at providing high quality service. He goes the extra mile to ensure that you have a great vacation. We definitely enjoyed our time at the villa and we have no hesitation in recommending, we certainly plan to return again .

We enjoyed an 11-day stay at Villa Sausalito over the winter holidays. It was spacious and roomy enough for my husband and myself, our daughter, son-in-law, and their two children (4 yrs. old and 6 mos.). We had four local family members join us for Christmas dinner and really appreciated the large kitchen and dining table. It rained almost non-stop, so we didn't swim, but the pool table in the man-cave/converted garage made up for it! Other highlights: two distinct seating areas in the large den/living room allowed small group conversations and play areas for the kids; the patio is beautiful to look out upon (but again, we were there during rain so weren't outside much); comfortable beds; and a water heater that never gave out (simultaneous showers were never a problem), and well-stocked with bath and beach towels. One of the most important assets of this home is its proximity to shopping and retail. It is within easy walking distance to Topanga Village (outdoor mall), Westfield Topanga (indoor) Mall and more restaurants than one can possibly sample. A couple blocks away, there's a playground at Woodland Hills Recreation Center (a real plus for families with small children).

House was very spacious and clean. Nice ample counter top space in the kitchen. Easy check in/out. Very convenient to Whole Foods and Sprouts and our business location. House is quiet and location feels very safe. Host was quickly responsive to any questions. We were there on business, and very much enjoyed our stay.
