It has a little balcony , where the guest can take a breackfast enjoying the lake view.

With a ten minutes walking you can reach the lake shore and Moltrasio historical centre.
It's just few minutes away by car from Cernobbio and Como.
The flat is composed by a tasteful furnished livingroom with access to the balcony, a cosy double bedroom with a wide stained-glass windows to bring lots of light in, a bathroom with shower and a little functional kitchenette to cook some basic dishes.
Guests have also access to the little corner with rock table and benches in the communal garden down the stairs.

Moltrasio Gem was a fabulous property for our stay at Moltrasio. Christina was our host and she made sure we were able to get to the apartment. Moltrasio is a very steep town. The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern. It had everything we required for our short stay, and had an amazing view of the lake from the small balcony. Also we made use of the small patio at the bottom of the property. Walking the hills of Moltrasio is interesting and we found many other local gems for dining and apertivo. I hope we can come back one day.
