About this house rental
You will find everything you need to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay throughout the home, there's a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table & chairs, a bathroom, two bedrooms, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, a secondary bedroom offers a queen bed. We also offer a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room also has a 65-inch 4k Roku tv.
On the back patio, you will find a hot tub, small outdoor table, and chairs, as well as a gas grill.
The neighborhood is a quiet, tucked away area behind the hospital in the village of Millersburg. The house is along a dead-end street, so there is very little traffic. Please give each of the neighbors the respect they deserve by being mindful of noise levels, and being respectful with general driving etiquette.
Important note, there are steps leading up to the front door of the home, so this might not be the best home for guests with mobility challenges.

Overall we were happy with the home. We did find a cigarette lighter in the recliner which was concerning and the closet could use some new coat hangers. The home's air conditioning was awesome and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you

lovely small 2 bedroom home. my wife and I stayed for our honeymoon. The host was fantastic and even found my wife and I another place to stay when our car broke down...and brought us her toiletry bag that we had left behind!

The house was in a good location close to Berlin . And the neighborhood where the house was located was extremely quiet. Loved the quietness. The shower/tub needed some updates. Too short for taller people . Enjoyed seeing a black squirrel and the birds .
