Great space to hang out and work. The only issue is that AC isn't central and for it to reach all spaces, you have to leave bedroom doors open. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The location is close to some pretty good places to grab a drink and food. Would book again if available.
I accidentally left a step stool and the host did her best to try to help me recover it but the new guests were already moved in. Her communication was really above and beyond.

A-MAZING VACATION HOME!! Listen to me when I tell you!! If your looking for pure peace and quietness this is this house for you!! CHULA VISTA IS ALL AROUND BEAUTIFUL and the CULTURE is something to see. I’ve never been a LEMON festival….ITS AWESOME!! The pictures of this home is exactly what the home looks like!! The beds are very nice, firm and comfortable we slept well every night. The ambience of the neighborhood is very calming and neighbors arevery friendly and helpful. We were close to everything.. Andrea and Omar are the best!! They responded quickly to all of my questions!! This is my new vacation home!!! I definitely will be booking this home!!

Pleasant stay in a quiet area. Fit my needs for the week, close to everything my family had planned. Only one hiccup which was out of the owners control the Wi-Fi went out and wasn’t able to be repaired during my stay. Owners did try to accommodate us but it didn’t meet our needs. Hopefully it was fixed before the next guests.
