Adorable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow, built in 2021. Located in the Greenbelt Heights section of Long Beach. it's a very private freestanding back home. Everything in the home is new, including a private patio, new kitchen, new bathrooms, living room AC and heat, wi-fi, private entrance, 2 parking spots, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and oven. Centrally located, 1 mile from the Ocean, 2 miles from the famous Belmont Shore, 3 miles from downtown long beach, 15 miles to Disneyland, and 15 miles to SoFi Stadium.

This place is brand new and absolutely incredible. It had all the bells and whistles and small touches that make all the difference. The hosts were attentive, communicative, and super friendly. There was parking large enough for two SUVs. The location is also great, just a short bike ride down to the ocean and all of the nightlife, but far enough for it to be super quiet at night. Highly recommend booking this spot.
