About this house rental
Beautiful home listed in the number one wonderful neighborhood, Hillcrest, in Little Rock. This is a traditional; two story home on the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program built in 1915. The home has an inviting front porch with a cozy swing, and big back deck. It is within walking distance to the coffee shop, post office, pharmacy, grocery store, walking trails, and restaurants. This is a fun home to experience the Historic Hillcrest.
The inside of the home has tall ceilings, when you walk through the front door it opens to the living/entry room area and has access to the staircase. French doors open to the newly added kitchen area with island, dishwasher, sink, mini-fridge and stove top. The original galley kitchen is nestled to the back of the new kitchen keeping it's original charm. The original kitchen has an oven with stovetop, two sinks, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator. The laundry room is off the galley kitchen and a new half bathroom is to the side of the laundry room area. There is also a security system in place.
There are three bedrooms. The one downstairs has a king size bed with full bathroom connected to it. It has an armoire for closet area. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The one connected to the sunroom has a queen size bed and two big closets connected to each side. The other bedroom has a full size bed and one big closet and the other closet area is storage space. The upstairs has a full bathroom. The home has a new HVAC units for heating and cooling. Enclosed garage from the back alley. Paved Uncovered Driveway and parking in the front as well. Privacy fence around the back yard. This home is a fun place to stay and we hope you come visit.

A lovely property, our 2nd time staying here. Super location, easy owners, spacious quarters. A yummy spot with lots of walking neighborhoods, shopping, porches aplenty.

This rental was clean enough but oddly supplied. At best, there were two bars of soap in the whole house, and they appeared to be from hotels. There were lots of half-used hand pump soaps, and several miscellaneous hotel size/travel size lotions. There was an abundance of fancy little tea cups, but three or four coffee mugs. Two stoves but I don't think the burners worked on one of them.
