This is a wonderful home with great amenities. The location is great with minimal traffic. The home was clean and very spacious for our group of 21. The beds were very comfortable and everyone appreciated having their own bathroom. Beach access was just a few steps away across the street. We greatly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and playing pickleball. Unfortunately, we requested that the pickleball net be up when we arrived on Saturday but it wasn't. After multiple calls and messages with no response the net was dropped off in the middle of the court on Sunday afternoon and we had to put it up ourselves. On Monday maintenance showed up to put the net up but it was too late. We rented a golf cart but no one told us where the keys were and no one responded util late Sunday afternoon to tell us where the keys were. This was frustrating and created stress for our trip. We were not able to play pickleball or use the golf cart until late on Sunday. Aside from the lack of communication and the issues with the golf cart and pickleball net we really enjoyed the house. We had a great experience with booking the home, check in and check out. It would have been nice if there was a bathroom at the pool instead of having to go up to the next level but we made it work. I would highly recommend an alternative method to reach someone that could quickly resolve any issues. The texting option and email failed to provide a response. Regardless, I would recommend this wonderful vacation home. I just hope management will take action to prevent this from happening to others in the future. A follow up call would have been appreciated to see if everything was resolved.
