The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster and waffle iron. Pots & pans, cooking utensils, spices, oil, sugar, coffee and tea are provided for your convenience. For larger gatherings, the second commercial-grade chef’s kitchen with gas stove is ideal.
The elegant master suite has views of the lake and the pool. It consists of a 5-piece bath, a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, several closets and an entrance to the backyard. It is cocooned in one end of the property, which allows maximum privacy and quietness.
The main floor also consists of a formal living room with floor to ceiling windows, formal dining room with a table that seats 10, gourmet kitchen with an oversized island that includes seating along with a separate casual eat-in area with counter-height dining set. The family room has a large Smart TV and plush sofas. Second chef’s kitchen and laundry room are adjacent. The main floor has a total of 3 bathrooms including the one in the primary suite and a powder room.
On the second floor you’ll find 4 more bedrooms, 2 of which have an adjoining Jack & Jill bathroom each with separate private vanities. An additional full bath is located further down the hallway next to the other bedrooms. We were able to gather for an end of summer birthday celebration with my daughters close friends and our family for a 2 night getaway. While we live in the Puget sound, my daughter wanted so badly to “live the life on Lake Washington”. What better than to stay on Mercer island with a pool! The property owner was very helpful and accommodating and even allowed us to check in a bit early to get a head start so u could decorate for my daughter’s arrival. Everything was clean and comfortable. My only feedback was the outdoor landscaping and some of the trim, doors and millwork in the home… they are longing for some upkeep and maintenance I was a bit bummed that the pool was unheated , as I didn’t see that originally in the description. All that aside, I was thankful to find a beautiful home that would accommodate a groomer side so last minute and we had an amazing time when my brother in law brought his boat to dock at the house. Thank you for sharing this home with us!
Last thing, I had left behind a very special and meaningful seater and when I contacted Shaun in a panic, he not only found it, but safely stored it and hand delivered it to me by driving it to me down south at my home. Thank you thank you!!!!

Have a few families out of town and we decided to spent a weekend at Washington Lake. The house was beautiful and as advertised. The pool and hot top was a hit. The host was wonderfully took with as he called to check on us and make sure if we need anytime him know. We will be back!!

We had a fun, relaxing visit catching up with our children and grandchildren. The house was perfect and lovely. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable for everyone. We hope to make it a yearly event.
