About this apartment rental
This beautiful apartment is in a building that has been built to look like the traditional local chalets. This building is less than 10 years old and is situated in the village of Chinaillon, close to Le Grand Bornand in the Haute Savoie region of France.
It is fully equipped (including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher). There is a garage and a ski locker. There are lifts going both down to the ski slopes and up to the main street.
This apartment of 64m², sleeps 8 people. It has a large living room with comfortable furniture, two bedrooms (one double with ensuite washing facilities, and one with 1 double bed and 2 singles) and a third double bedroom on a mezzanine floor above the lounge. The kitchen is well equiped with a ceramique hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge is comfortable and has a TV and DVD player. A broadband connection is also available!
It is ideal for both winter and summer holidays. It has wonderful views of the ski runs and the surrounding mountains from its south-facing balcony . It is literally a 2 minute walk up to the main street of the village with grocery shops, sports shops, a bakery, tourist information, cinema, restaurants and bars [hidden] a minute away from the closest ski lift!!
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
