About this house rental
New on the Lesconil seasonal rental market, beautiful 150 m2 house renovated in 2021-2022, with small enclosed garden, sheltered south-facing terrace, and private parking;
Parking is easy in the street in front of the house for 3 additional cars.
The house is located in a very quiet street 300m walk from the port, the city center beach, the nautical center and the rocks of Goudoul.
The very beautiful wild beach of Kersauz is 500 m away.
the port of Lesconil is attractive: in summer, there are many musical events and a market (Monday, Wednesday);
the GR 34 is 250 m away.
3* classification at the tourist office
On the ground floor of the house:
- 1 large open room including dining room, living room, fitted kitchen;
large bay windows opening onto a covered terrace, appreciable on rainy days, facing south and overlooking a small enclosed garden. The terrace is sheltered from the westerly winds.
-1 bedroom with 160x200cm bed, and its adjoining bathroom with bath and shower (bedroom 1)
-Separate WC
Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms:
- bedroom 2: 1 bed of 140cm x 200cm; desk ; cupboards.
There is also a sleigh bed 80x190 cm high in this bedroom, suitable for a child.
-bedroom 3: 1 bed of 160cm x200cm; desk; cupboards.
- 1 very small bedroom with a 200x90 cm bed, which can be used as emergency assistance for an adult or suitable for a child.
-1 bathroom with shower and WC.
-Behind a large room not yet fitted out, which you have to cross to get there,
- bedroom 4
with bed 160x 200 cm, wardrobe, private shower room with WC
The bed is very comfortable for 8 adults; possibility of sleeping 2 more children. A cot is available.
You have the possibility either to bring your own household linen (sheets and bath towels), or to rent it (15 euros per person for the stay): in this case, the beds will be made for your arrival; this sum is to be paid directly to the owner on arrival;
beach towels are not provided.

A deposit check of 800 euros must be left to the owner upon the arrival of travelers

It was a lovely house not far from the harbour and plenty of good places to eat. The house was very clean and the owners were great. We were there for a car rally. There were spaces for the cars off the road as well. Would recommend the house to our friends.
