About this cottage rental
Located 10 minutes from Le Mans city center and the A11 motorway (exit 9, 3 minutes away), in a village close to all amenities, this small cottage, near the owners' house, is an ideal place to do nothing, just enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings and, above all, the cozy and bright space. A terrace and sun loungers, a small private garden, and a barbecue will be at your disposal throughout your stay.
At your disposal: a living room with a lounge area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and its private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and sink. 1 separate toilet.
Beds made upon arrival, towels provided.
Heating not included: €10 per night (when the heating is on from October 1st to April 15th), additional charge on site.
A €50 cleaning fee is required for professionals.
Tennis court and indoor pétanque court are 20 meters away. 500 meters away, charging point for electric vehicles with charging card or badge.
