About this house rental

A short distance from sailing, windsurfing, and more, this family-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. With convenient covered onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 20-minute drive to Saint-Malo Ferry Port or the 28-minute drive to St. Malo Beach.

After you return to this 1292-sq-ft vacation home, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, stereo, and DVD player.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a dining area, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. We spent 12 nights in this very pleasant holiday home. The hostess was always available and very friendly. Our children were allowed to roam freely around the grounds, which was very exciting for little explorers! The house is located in a normal residential neighbourhood and you can spend time in the garden undisturbed and unobserved. The location was ideal for us to visit the many sights of Brittany from there. We felt very comfortable in the house. The rooms are cosy and the bedrooms even have shutters. The kitchen is also well equipped. However, a larger pot in which you could cook spaghetti for 5 people would not be a bad thing. We would rent the house again! Many thanks to Justine and her family for sharing their beautiful spot with us. Unfortunately it was just a short stay, but this is a beautifully renovated house with extensive garden and great access to all the local sites. Highly recommended.

Nous avons réservé cette maison un peu par hasard mais n’avons maintenant qu’une envie : y retourner ! TOUT était parfait : - le lieu, proche des axes de circulation et d’un grand supermarché mais d’un calme absolu - l’équipement de la la maison, idéal en tous points - la prévenance des hôtes, d’une discrétion totale mais toujours prêts à nous aider - le cachet de la maison, typiquement bretonne, donc fraîche et saine - le village de Plouer-sur-Rance, et la cale en bord de Rance, vraiment charmants et accessibles en quelques minutes avec les vélos (en bon état 👍) qui se trouvent au garage - la réelle proximité des grandes plages : Dinard, Saint Lunaire, Saint Briac et de Saint -Malo , accessibles en une petite demi-heure d’une route très facile (4 voies) - les magnifiques balades à Dinan, ville médiévale se trouvant à un quart d’heure en voiture.
