Stay in this beautiful villa with stunning sea views, ideally located in Sables-d’Or-les-Pins, a charming seaside resort in Brittany.
Close by, you can enjoy a wide range of activities including the beach, water sports, coastal hiking, golf, tennis, and horse riding.
Fully renovated in 2020, the house offers all the comfort needed for a relaxing and convivial stay with family or friends.
An outdoor spa overlooking the sea is located in the garden and available all year round, perfect for unwinding after a day in the fresh sea air.
The Space
A chic seaside cabin — this is the vision we had when fully renovating this house.
With its 80 m² wooden terrace on stilts overlooking the sea, and the beach accessible in just 5 minutes via a pedestrian path below the house, you will enjoy unforgettable moments with family or friends.
The interior has been designed in a natural, simple, chic and functional style. The living areas enjoy beautiful sea views, while the master bedroom opens onto the sunniest terrace.
The main living floor is on the upper level and includes the living room, the kitchen, the dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
The lower garden level, independent from the main floor and accessible from the outside, is dedicated to the laundry area and also includes an additional bathroom and toilet.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house, except for the garage and two locked rooms on the garden level, which are used to store our personal belongings.
Interaction with Guests
As we do not live on site, my father will be happy to assist you during your stay. He will gladly share local recommendations, good restaurants, and scenic routes, and can also help with any technical questions or urgent needs during your stay.

Excellent communication/checking in with Cecile and her father. Very well equipped, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. 5 star accommodation. Worse thing was having to leave.
