About this house rental
Ideal location for a family holiday of a friends reunion.
The property has been rated 4 stars by the French Tourism label Atout France ( Sep 2023).
The cottage (Longère) is hidden in a park of 10 acres, in serene nature with no neighbourhood. You are the only guests, close to a nice village (500 yards) where you can find a boulangerie, a grocery store, a chemist and a medical centre.
You can stroll in the park along green pathways, a few benches waiting for you in clearings or view spots. With a bit of chance, you will see roe dear, squirrels, pheasants, partridges and various birds.
The pool (10X4 m) - located next to the house - is private, covered and fenced, with a lovely view on the village and meadows. And reserved solely for you.
The cottage comprises on the ground floor a kitchen & dining room, two living rooms , a cellar and a bathroom over roughly 150 m2.
On the top floor, there are 4 bedrooms, a TV corner and two bathrooms over approximately 130 m2.
The Loir Valley is a lovely region located between Tours and le Mans.

Such a beautiful house, in lovely grounds. Close to village. Large pool, really wonderful holiday. Michel is a wonderful host, he was incredibly helpful.

Excellent house and pool with plenty of space and importantly, enough bedrooms, bathrooms and showers for eight people, a family group including 2 under 2years of age.
Set in deep countryside with beautiful views over the village. Relatively close enough for visits to châteaux of the Loire. Big hypermarket (E. Leclerc) 20 minutes away.
Some inclement weather during our stay but enough hot days for swimming and lazing around the pool area.

Lovely character property at the edge of a quiet village. The house is well equipped, spacious and has lots of outdoor space for eating, playing or lounging. The newly installed pool was very popular with my family and is well maintained by the owners local manager.
