The Nova Residence is located in the heart of the village of Villards in Arc 1800 and is divided into 3 buildings (1, 2 and 3). This residence is located at the foot of the ski slopes (between 100 and 500m depending on the building) and close to shops, all in a very quiet environment. Please note that this residence has an elevator. Surface area : about 17 m². 11st floor. Orientation : North, North-East, East. View firs. Living room with simple bed-settee, mezzanine double bed. Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine, oven / microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub, wash-hand basin, WC.
