About this house rental
Featuring large bay windows and expansive glazing, this designer villa with generous spaces offers a superior level of comfort and will delight lovers of light and space. A vast bright hall leads to 2 lounges, 1 large open-plan kitchen and 5 bedrooms. Surrounded by a garden with swimming pool, this comfortable villa is the ideal place for a calm and rejuvenating stay, close to Etel and just a stone's throw from the major tourist attractions of south Morbihan.
You will be seduced by this magnificent 340 m2 villa comfortably furnished, ideally nestled in the heart of a landscaped garden of 3,200 m2 with swimming pool. Spacious, it can accommodate 10 people.
An adjoining studio with kitchen and bathroom allows you to accommodate 2 additional people.
Organised around a spacious living area with a glass roof, the ground floor of the house offers a fully equipped American kitchen, a vast dining space, a lounge with a hushed atmosphere for moments of tranquillity and a second, more colourful lounge that will appeal to the younger ones. A bedroom with a queen-size bed and bathroom as well as a utility room complete this level.
The bay windows of each room open onto a large covered walkway that runs around the house and overlooks the garden and its swimming pool.
On the upper floor, two beautiful master suites (queen-size beds) with bathrooms and two bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom, make up a calm and serene sleeping area.
The independent studio is fully equipped. It has a 160cm bed, a lounge area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. A bay window provides direct access to the covered walkway and the garden.
On the garden side, you will enjoy the swimming pool or you will love strolling through the different spaces offered: Japanese-inspired garden for the Zen side, lush bamboos for the wild spirit, greenhouse and vegetable garden for green thumbs,... everyone will find their "little piece of paradise".

> Parking: the courtyard can accommodate 5 vehicles. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted.
> Important: This house is reserved for family use, groups should refrain. Parties, birthday celebrations or stag/hen parties are strictly prohibited.
The neighbourhood:
Located in a quiet residential area, close to Etel and Erdeven. Shops are accessible by bike in a few minutes. Kerminihy and Kerhilio beaches are 5 minutes' drive away.
A hiking trail, a variant of the GR 34, passes in front of the house. It will take you directly to the Tumulus of Run-er-Sinzen located at the end of the lane.
To discover:
On the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, Erdeven is first and foremost vast beaches in the heart of preserved wild dunes, appreciated in every season.
It is also a region rich in megalithic sites.
On foot, take advantage of the numerous hiking trails to discover and wander amongst the dolmens and tumuli. Discover the megalithic site of Kerzerho and its stone giants or the spectacular dolmen of Crucuno and let yourself be swept away by the mysterious atmosphere of the places! By bike, using the green way, you can reach Quiberon or Étel.
If you love beaches and surfing, the beaches in the region will delight you.
