Living room/kitchen corner/sitting area, nice fireplace, DVD player, mezzanine (1 double bed). 2 bedrooms on ground floor with outside access (1 double bed, 1 child bed 80X190 [3 to 10 years old] + 1 baby bed), shower, WC, bathroom/WC. Electric heating. Courtyard 50m², garden furniture, BBQ. Bike shed and carpark. This traditional BELLE ILE house is very close to the beach.
