This spacious beachfront holiday home located in Estepona is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 3-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a fan as well as a washing machine.
Your private outdoor area includes a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open from February on) and a children's pool.

Pros:
A un paso del mar y en una zona muy tranquila. Bonitas vistas desde todas las plantas. Todo lo necesario para la cocina y ropa de casa. También dispone de sillas y hamacas para jardín y playa.
Las zonas comunes son excelentes. 2 magníficas piscinas y jardines preciosos
El trato con la propiedad también excelente.
Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Pros: Een fijn huis met goede voorzieningen. En dicht bij zee. De eigenaar wad zeer hulpvaardig en heeft ons een zeer welkom gegeven in Estepona.
