The holiday apartment Boulevard 105 is located in Estepona and impresses guests with its view of the sea. The 55 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.
The holiday apartment boasts a private balcony, which offers a wonderful view. The property has also access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a childrens pool, an outdoor shower, a garden, garden furniture and a barbecue.

Estepona is situated on the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Gibraltar, about 45 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport. Andalucía is the southernmost, autonomous Spanish region and is famous for its beautiful nature and culture. Think of cities like Seville, Cadiz, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada and Malaga with their Moorish influences. Estepona is so central that all these places can be done as a daytrip.

The view from the balcony/terrace is amazing ! The apartment is less than three minutes walk from a great super market, with a lovely walk along the sea front to the lovely streets of Estepona, can't wait to return!

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Strand und ist sehr sonnig. Sicheres Parken. Ideal zum Einkaufen, Carrefour ist gleich um die Ecke.

Pros: Mijn vrouw en ik zijn zojuist terug na een geweldige vakantie in dit fraaie appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien ( van (vaat) wasmachine tot airco) met een ruim balkon pal aan zee. Wakker worden met de golfslag van de zee op nog geen vijftig meter van je slaapkamer...Zeer prettige en attente eigenaren die ook in de aanloop tot en tijdens de vakantieperiode prima bereikbaar en behulpzaam waren. Prima restaurants in de buurt(zelfs één vlak onder het appartement direct aan zee) . Een aanrader

Pros: Heerlijk appartement, het geluid van de branding is alles wat je hoort, een prachtig uitzicht op zee en strand en overal vlakbij. Ideaal!
