Just a few minutes away from the apartment, you will find the traffic-calmed zone with many small stores and cafés. The vacation home is ideal for group trips: Up to 28 people can be accommodated in the 4 apartments.
Not only the location, but also the size of this apartment is perfect for group travel. The bright, large living and dining area offers enough space for several people. In bad weather or on cold winter days, the cozy seating area with couch and two armchairs invites you to a cozy get-together. Of course there is also a TV at your disposal.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils and is ideal for preparing small meals. In addition to a stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher, there is of course also a fridge.
There is enough space for up to 7 people in the 104 square meters of space to retreat to: Two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds await you here. A sofa bed in the living area can also be used as a bed. As not all bedrooms have a closet, there is a built-in wardrobe in the hallway for storing clothes.
Our "Murmeltier" is equipped with two bathrooms, both with a shower. As you like to relax with a book after an active day on vacation, a bathtub is of course a must! Guaranteed to get you in the vacation mood. Speaking of vacation mood: a Swedish stove in the living area ensures cozy evenings and a pleasant feeling of comfort. If you prefer to travel in the summer months, there is an inviting balcony at your disposal. Of course, it is equipped with garden furniture to make the most of beautiful summer days.
Our guests have a reserved parking space in the backyard and of course you are welcome to bring your pet with you.

Die Wohnung liegt Zentral, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten in der Nähe .
Leider sehr hellhörig zum schlafen vielleicht Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.
