This property is old-style ‘quirky’. It is a home and so it is homely! This is original retro 1970s ( except the shower which is new). It is in a perfect location - 5-10 minute walk to town/train station/buses/ and v near museums and other things to do. Spar is on the doorstep and there are cafes and restaurants around the corner. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to inquiries.

Roland is super friendly and knowledgeable, and he suggested many cool places for me to visit during my stay. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need; washing machine, kitchen, hairdryer, and so on. I booked a single room, so it’s next to the washroom and has access to the balcony which is really awesome! Location is the best! Around 10mins walk to the train station. The only downside is that there are so many things scattered everywhere, which feels a bit awkward. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this place!

We had a great trip in Bolzano, our host was very kind and very accommodating, it was also possible to park our car in his garage for free, and parking is expensive in Bolzano. We recommand his appartment near beautiful spots to visit.
