Die Wohnung ist gut, die Lage ist super. Einzig die Strasse vor dem Haus ist ein bisschen laut.

Sehr saubere Wohnung, zweckmässig eingerichtet, gute Lage in Zentrumsnähe. Ameisenplage auf dem Balkon ist bekannt. Mühsam waren die Renovationsarbeiten am Balkon, welche von den Handwerkern nicht in der abgemachten Zeit ausgeführt wurden und uns viel Ferienzeit klaute. Das WLan-Modem war nicht installiert und funktionstüchtig (also kein WLan).

Wir waren mit unseren 2Kindern und unserer Hauskatze in der Wohnung. Alles war sauber und Ordendlich. Die Zimmergrössen tip top. Aussicht grandios. TÜRGRIFF BEI TOILETTENTÜR KOMMT RAUS WENN MAN DIE TÜR ZUZIEHEN WILL! Küchenkombination ist etwas unglücklich gebaut und das Sofa sehr unbequem, Dafür war alles verfügbar, Öl, Gewürze genügend Abwaschmittel, Tücher und Lappen, so wie genüged Müllsäcke, ( nicht nur einen),Putzmittel um Ordendlich abzugeben.
Die Lage ist toll, ob mit ÖV oder mit Auto.

Positiv: - Geräumig - Sauber - Parkplatz vorhanden - Alles vorhanden Negativ: - Ameisen in der Wohnung, in der Küche, Eingangsbereich, Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer - Küchenausstattung alt und nicht in gutem Zustand, z.B. kaputte Tassen - Lärm von der Strasse - Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank waren ausgestellt und Gefrierfächer hatten Schimmel (wurde von der Putzfrau nach Anfrage gereinigt)
