The first floor features a large family room complete with a foosball table and a combination ½-bath and laundry room, outfitted with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Ascend to the second floor to find a fully stocked kitchen with ample cabinet space and a wraparound counter, along with a breakfast bar and a separate dining nook that seats up to 6 persons. The living/family room on this floor offers another dining area, a flat screen monitor, and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The third-story sleeping quarters include one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a second bedroom likewise, and a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and walkout balcony, flanked by a full bathroom accessed from the hallway.
