In the beautiful South Tyrol/Alto Adige the comfortable apartment "Klementhof Nr 7" welcomes you on the outskirts of Natz-Schabs/Naz-Sciaves. The 45m² large and modernly equipped vacation apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, as well as a baby crib and a high chair.
From the apartment's furnished balcony, you can enjoy views of the surrounding mountains. In the shared outdoor area, a covered swimming pool and a large garden with seating, sunbathing lawn, table tennis table and trampoline are also waiting for you. Here you can barbecue together or relax with a good book while the children splash and play.
The area offers a variety of activities for hikers, mountain climbers, culture enthusiasts, nature lovers or those seeking relaxation. In addition to numerous hiking areas, the Plose-Brixen ski area is not far away and can be reached in 30 minutes (20km) by car. The nearest bus stop is only a 4-minute walk (300m) from the accommodation. From here buses leave every hour to Brixen/Bressanone, 9km away. There are also 5 restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, which can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is only 228m away.
An elevator and a storage room for skis are available.
The apartment is step-free and has wide doors.

We were very satisfied. The apartment we had was cosy, large, very clean. The owner nice and helpful. We liked the village and even though it’s a bit far from the ski slopes and we didn’t have a car, we still managed to commute by bus / ski bus without any issues.
