Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Allerdings sollten einige Dinge behoben werden, und zwar: Die Tür im Wohnzimmer ist total verzogen und lässt sich nicht schließen, die Tür im Schlafzimmer lässt sich nur schwer schließen. Das Abwaschbecken in der Küche hat keinen Stöpsel, so dass abwaschen nur unter fließend Wasser möglich war. Außerdem würde die Wohnung insgesamt hochwertiger erscheinen, wenn die Wanddefekte vor allem im Flur und im Schlafzimmer ausgebessert/renoviert werden würden.

Der einzige Abzug ist, das ich von der Matratze Rückenschmerzen hatte. Aber das kann ja immer mal passieren

Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordenttlich, aber auch seh veraltet.
Wlan ist sehr langsam. Der Fernseher dürfte gern 1 Nummer größer sein!
