The Lignum holiday apartment is located in Ritten, just a 15-minute drive from Bolzano in South Tyrol, Italy. Thalerhof offers spectacular views of the surrounding Alps and features a newly renovated interior, making it a wonderful vacation spot. The 45 m² apartment includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV.
The private outdoor area features a covered terrace and a garden. Wolfsgrubener Lake is a 5-minute drive away. The nearest restaurant and supermarket are just a 5-minute walk (350 m), as is the closest bakery. Several cafés can be reached within 5 minutes by car (3 km). Multiple hiking trails start right at your doorstep. Depending on the season, you can go swimming or ice skating in the area. The Rittner Horn is 15 minutes away by car. Bus stop, village shops, bakery, and restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk from the property.
Parking is available on the premises. Pets are not allowed. There is fiber-optic internet. For an extra fee, guests can access a barrel sauna and a whirlpool. Self check-in with key box. An electric car charging station is available for an extra fee. General cleaning at the end of your stay is included. Seasonal fresh fruit, vegetables, and eggs can be purchased on site.
The "Ritten Card" is included in your stay and allows you to use public transport throughout South Tyrol, including the Ritten cable car, the historic Ritten railway, and a daily round trip on the Rittner Horn cable car.

Pros: Very nice host, clean appartement, little shop for neccesities. Large terrace (nature lignum appartement) with beautifull view. In walking distance you have 2 nice Restaurants and a Supermarket. The Rittencard is very usefull for taking the nearby bus. Beautifull walks directly from the appartement.
Cons: The road to the Thalerhof is very steep and narrow, which could be a problem for certain cars and with bad weather.
The sunbeds are not so comfortabel as you cannot put the back up in sitposition and they quitsch a lot.
Wenn all the appartements are booked, it can be quite noisy, as you can hear everything People talk about on the terrace and balkony. And also inside you can hear the other guests.

Pros: The host (Aaron) and his family were very welcoming and super friendly. The apartment was amazing: clean and just like the pictures (view probably even better). It was really useful to be able to charge our EV, and also the hot tub was an awesome addition. The apartment is perfectly located to explore the area: beautiful hikes, swimming in lakes, visiting cute villages, everything is possible. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place.
Cons: There was really nothing to mention that was negative.

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement: vue imprenable depuis la terrasse. L'accueil est chaleureux.
