The miller's flat by the 'Trendel' mill, which is located under the same roof as the grain mill, was renovated in 2021. Mentioned was the Trendelmühle anno 1317 and 1417, once castle mill of the castle Lautrach.
The apartment consists on the ground floor of a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, which opens onto the dining and living area, and a small guest toilet in the entrance area. In the living room there is a comfortable sitting area and a large flat screen TV. An open solid wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two bedrooms, each with an integrated bathroom with shower, providing space for 4 people. Amenities also include high-speed internet in all rooms. The windows offer a magnificent view of the property, the lush stream bank as well as the beautiful farm garden.
The distinctive feature of this accommodation is its history and harmonious integration with nature. A modern hydroelectric screw, which replaces the former water wheel, as well as a photovoltaic system contribute to sustainable energy production. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, sehr saubere Wohnung, Modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. In alter Mühle gelegen. Gab sogar je kleine Führung! Gebäude von 14 Jahrh. Aber modern eingerichtet. Großer Fernseher, 3 Toiletten und 2 Bäder. Nachts hört man manchmal das Mühlrad aber ist nicht sehr störend. Komme dort gerne wieder hin! Gruß Andy
