Zirl 14 km from Innsbruck: Cosy 2-family house "Evelyne", 2 storeys. 400 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 km from the lake, 10 km from the skiing area, directly by the stream. For shared use: beautiful garden (fenced) with plants and flowers. Patio, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 350 m, restaurant 400 m, bar 350 m, bakery 500 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Zirl" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 750 m, bathing lake "Wildsee Seefeld" 10 km. Walking paths from the house 1 km, cycle lane 1 km, mountain railway 10 km, skisport facilities 10 km, cross country ski track 10 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 14 km, Swarovski Kristallwelten 29 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rosshütte Seefeld 10 km, Axamer Lizum 17 km, Kühtai 27 km. Hiking paths: Alpenpark Karwendel. Please note: the owner has a dog. The landlady offers holistic naturopathic therapies on request for a fee. "Welcome Card" included!

Die vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Gerne kommen wir wieder für einen weiteren Aufenthalt und ist ohne Einschränkungen weiter zu empfehlen.
