Beautiful flat , it is located in a semi-detached villa with private entrance , indoor parking space , in a residential area on a hill of 200 m with a breathtaking view a few steps from Maranello .
At 3 km. you can visit the Ferrari museum , being the city of Ferrari you can feel and see these wonderful cars .
.2 Km . you can find tennis courts , swimming pool , and supermarket .
At 5 Km there is Modena Golf & Country Club if you are a golfer .
At 7 Km .you can visit TERRAMARE the archaeological excavations .
At 20Km. Modena with its beautiful monuments.
Or take beautiful walks in the green.
At the entrance of the flat, very bright for the large windows, you will find a mirror all the wall with modern furniture, television, coffee table, sofa that can become a single bed, air conditioning.
In the next room very large, is the living room with table and chairs, kitchenette, consisting of refrigerator, electric oven induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven and all utensils to be able to cook without worry.
You will have at your disposal a kettle, coffee machine and tea and herbal tea bags.
The flat has a bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables, sheets and blankets.

Very nice place. Great helpful hoist who lives in the same building as the rental unit. Great furniture, very comfortable. All cotton sheets! Quiet. Good working washer dryer. All good.

My wife and I only stayed a couple of nights here but felt so welcome and comfortable we can’t wait to return! The home is in an ideal location, very private, and Isella was a very gracious host. The home is beautiful and we had a lot of space, pictures do not do justice for how perfect this home is for a visit. Large rooms, full kitchen, secure parking, also very close to all things Ferrari! We had a great time and can’t wait to return!
