Luxurious apartment on the ground floor, directly to the beach and with a semi-covered terrace. Ideal for hot summers and cooler winters. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bath-shower rooms, a large cosy living room with office corner, a separate kitchen and storage. From the splendid garden with 2 large pools, you have direct access to a quite beach and a seaside promenade, ideal for enjoyable strolls, longer walks or biking tours. It is only a 10 min walk to Estepona's port. You will find this peaceful apartment is a perfect place for golfing, sightseeing in Andalusia and relaxing in good weather. We can advise you where the nice places are.

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities of home. Stef and Chris were very gracious and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed.

Good location, comfortable apartment albeit a little tired and could do with a revamp. The kitchen sink taps were wobbly and the dishwasher not working but Chris the local manager did arrange an engineer and the issue was the motor was burnt out and we didn’t have it for our stay. Chris was very helpful. The pool area is very nice. I thought the apartment was on the ground floor with direct access outside to the gardens but it is actually on the 2nd floor but called the ground and to get to the pool you had to go down steps but the upside was a nice view. I would stay there again.

Lovely clean apartment with an amazing sea view and spacious terrace. Host was fast to answer any questions we had and checkin was easy. The urbanisation has Immaculate gardens around the pool and is approximately 40 min walk from Estepona old town or 10 min taxi ride. Would love to return.

The apartment is very much as described in the listing and is very spacious and well equipped.
The pools are fantastic (except only open from 11am), its right by the beach too and walking distance to the main popular beach.
however it is not 10mins walk to the port as described it is more like 20-25mins and approx 40mins to walk into Estepona old town. Or a 5-10mins taxi.
The terrace is very large with a great view of the sea and also well equipped except it was infested with ants! There were LOADS of ants coming up through cracks in the tiles and one afternoon i fell asleep on the sunbed and woke up with my legs literally covered in ants and all over the sunbed too, it was disgusting!! I messaged the lady who checked us in but she didn't even respond let alone do anything about it.
Such a shame about the ant problem (which were also inside the apartment but not as bad), otherwise i would recommend it. But I would not return because of this.
