Kaag Resort is a boutique apartment complex with an open waterway to the Kaag and Braassemer Lakes. The ideal spot for anyone who is passionate about water!
Your apartment is spacious (100m2), bright and completely private on the second floor. You will have 2 bedrooms with comfortable boxsprings and a 40m2 open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. . The bathroom and toilet are separate and you have a private balcony (15m2) that overlooks the marina and the water.

## Neighborhood
The Kaag Resort recreation apartments are located right beside the river Leede. This river is an open waterway to the Kaag Lakes, the Braassemmer Lake and the city centre of Leiden. The perfect location to take a tour by boat on Saturdays across the culinary market or pay a visit to one of the cosy little restaurants on the water.
The surroundings offer a wealth of recreation possibilities. The golf course is within walking distance and the same applies to the sauna, tennis courts, sports school, restaurants, supermarket and the centre of Warmond. The Warmonder forest is just opposite the resort. You can easily reach the beach for a nice walk with a fresh sea breeze.
This central location ensures that all possibilities are within reach. Cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leden, Delft and The Hague can be reached within 30min by car!
Near Kaag Resort, there is a charming marina, a railway line, and an air traffic zone. Additionally, boats frequently navigate the nearby rivers and lakes, enhancing the picturesque character of the region. While the location offers beautiful views and convenient access to transportation, it may also come with some noise from passing trains, overhead airplanes, and watercraft traffic.
## Transit
You will be able to explore Warmond and its surroundings on foot or by using the public buses. Regional buses and trains will get you to the surrounding towns and cities, but if you really want to explore the general area, a (hire) car will make your life easier.

Die Wohnung ist toll. Der Ausblick vom Balkon super. An der Sauberkeit der Küche und der Kaffeemaschine muss noch gearbeitet werden. Ablage in Bad und Schlafzimmer fehlt ( Stuhl ). Jede Tür in der Wohnung quietscht beim öffnen und schließen. Würden jedoch wieder buchen, da sie von der Lage und Größe für 4 Personen perfect ist.

Geräumiges Appartement mit einfacher Grundausstattung, wesentliche Küchenutensilien (Schere, Ablaufbrett, ...) fehlen. Die Möblierung ist ansprechend und der Ausblick auf den Hafen interessant und spannend. Die Schlafzimmer sind zum offenen Treppen-/Eingangsbereich ausgerichtet und dadurch sehr geräuschbelastet.
Das Appartement war gereinigt, allerdings gab es trotzdem noch Spinnweben. Der Balkon war dreckig und vernachlässigt.
Das Appartementhaus liegt in einem Industriegebiet unmittelbar neben einer vielbefahrenen Eisenbahnstrecke und in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen Amsterdam. Nichts für lärmempfindliche Leute ...
Für Fahrräder gibt es nur einen offenen, engen, übervollen Unterstand,
