About this house rental
Located in a peaceful cul de sac on a private beach estate, Sealight is a 4-bedroom beach house with wonderful sea views and direct access to Elmer Sands beach.
It has a 700 sq. ft south facing open kitchen/ living/dining and its unique upside down layout allows the most sociable spaces to enjoy beautiful panoramic sea views.
Sealight has two private gardens separated by a small footpath. The house garden has a hot tub. The second garden has direct access to Elmer Sands beach.

Ground floor:
- 2 large bedrooms with king-size beds - direct access to enclosed garden and hot tub
- 1 double bedroom with two single beds.
- 1 large shower room
First floor:
- 700 sq. ft open kitchen/living/dining with terrace. Panoramic Seaviews.
- 1 double bedroom with bunk beds
- 1 large shower room
Outside space:
- 1 enclosed garden (2000 sq. ft) with hot tub
and
- 1 second private garden (greensward approx 2500 sq.ft) - direct access to the coastal path and the beach.

Amazing location and access to the beach which was great for walking our dog. House is spacious and feels homely. And the Hot Tub is lovely. A great stay with our family.

Very impressed with the property- right on the beach - sadly the weather was far too windy to do anything there (goodwood festival of speed got cancelled due to the high winds, so it was pretty breezy 💨).
Bring extra Binbags as only one extra was provided (for 4 days) other than that there was no need to bring anything. ASDA do door to door delivery - kitchen well stocked to cook if you want and it’s perfect sitting at the large dining table looking out to the sea.
Enjoyed our stay 😊
