About this house rental
A holiday home in Llanelli with a beach and welsh theme. Ideal for people coming to work (Swansea approx 11 miles and Prince Philip Hospital 2.6 miles), or for guests wanting to relax and explore the South Welsh Coast. User friendly. Fully equipped with everything you need to make it home from home. Upstairs has a twin bedroom with ensuite, double bedroom with king size bed, single bedroom with family bathroom. The holiday home also has a large lounge to relax and conservatory, and the dining area could provide workspace. There is a large screen 50" Smart TV and Wi fi is free. The kitchen is small, but user friendly and fully equipped with washing machine, gas oven, fridge/freezer etc. The garden is well presented and secure for pets. There is a decking area outside to relax in warmer climates. Springfields has a small drive way (off road parking), and there is also plenty of space around the area which is quiet.Easy access from the M4 motorway to Springfields. Very well behaved dogs welcome with a charge of £40 per animal and 25 per pet extra per stay.
Conveniently located to beach (5 mins drive). Main railway station is 1.1 mile, and quite close to the shopping area of Parc Trostre Retail Park (4/5 mins drive). Also conveniently located to the National Wetlands Centre and the Machynys Golf and Country Club which has lovely views, Spa, restaurant/bar (5 mins drive/15 - 20 min walk). The Millennium Coastal Park Llanelli is14 miles (22 km)long has a fabulous country park in Carmarthenshire. There is miles of coastal cycling and walking paths to enjoy. You can follow National Cycle Route 4 along a super traffic free path which passes along the beautiful Loughor estuary and the Gower peninsula. Llanelli offers a variety of attractions: mini golf, tobogganing, tubing, and more at Pembrey Country Park. See flamingos at Llanelli Wetland Centre. Llanelli Wetland Centre which is a 500-acre nature reserve. Park Howard is a museum and art historical site very close by. Nearby also is Burry Port, which is a harbour town. It is also where Amelia Earhart landed as the first woman to fly across the Atlantic Ocean. Close to Burry Port the Pembrey Burrows sand dune and wetland system, forming a country park, and the Cefn Sidan sands. Its musical heritage includes Burry Port opera and Burry Port Town Band.
A must is to visit the beautiful Gower Coast and Mumbles (8 to 13 miles away). Tenby is beautiful (1.15 mins drive) and close is the Caldey island which is steeped in 1500 years of history, accessible by shuttle boat (open from Easter to October). Cardiff has unique attractions with the Castle to visit, which is 1.15 mins drive or train. A must is to visit the St Fagans National History museum which is close to Cardiff and gives the history of Wales with acres of grounds to walk. Llanelli beach is very sandy and like most beaches in South Wales is Dog Friendly.

Lovely house in a quiet area of Llanelli. Close to Llanelli beach and within reasonable driving distance of Swansea. Nicely located near a big retail park wigjany shops imcluding Boots and Tesco Extra. 5 min drive for an Asda, Aldi or Morrisons too.
House is really well kept and very clean and tidy upon arrival. Host was great from beginning to end, always available vis messaging on Vrbo. Lots of things stacked for help. Kitchen has every utensil you can rhink of. Good cooker and oven makes cooking easy. Front room is well decorated and has a dining table and recliner sofa for 3 in front of the TV. Can easily connect to the Internet and log in ans watch what you need. There is a nice selection of board games that you can play too to switch off from the digital world.
Upstairs has 3 rooms. 2 double rooms with 2 double bed and 2 singles and 1 single room. There is a single bedroom downstairs too. Mattress is best in the main double room. Clean bedding and towels provided throughout including extras in the wardrobes. There are two bathrooms. One is an ensuite attached to the double room with the two beds. It has a shower cubicle. Otherwise there is a main bathroom which has a bath and handheld shower (old school vibes). Shower was good and bathrooms are clean and kept well.
My only minor complaint was that the main bedroom window was locked and couldn't be opened. This meant it stuffy at night as the heat increased. Also, there were no fans. Something to consider maybe

Diane is a gracious and responsive host which has earned her a Premier Host status. Emma, who takes care of the property, is charming and helpful. Easy walk to the golf club, Lidl and even a centre where M and S foods and other great shops are located. The house is spacious, pleasant and well equipped. As a Premier Host myself, I fully appreciated all of the energy and efforts. Diane has put into this rental unit. I would definitely recommend!

Stayed for 5 nights over Christmas as myself and partner have moved away from Llanelli. Was located in the middle of both families, the kitchen was user friendly for our dinner, plenty of nice walking areas around, and if taking dogs there’s huge field just behind the garden for dogs to run around, wish we had brought ours! Whenever we come back down for a few nights we will definitely have this house as our first choice! Very cosy, very quiet,absolutely ideal!
