This brand new designer apartment is located in a residential area of Venice where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the city while staying away from the hustle and bustle. Thanks to the garden with a large dining table, you will have the chance to enjoy warm sunny days in the privacy of your home.
Just 10 minutes from Santa Lucia train station, you will be in one of the areas with the best wine bars and taverns, Fondamenta degli Ormesini and della Misericordia. Located just 5 minutes from the famous Jewish Ghetto.
Spacious and bright, this loft can accommodate 4 people and consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
In the outdoor space, there is a dependance that can accommodate 2 more guests, for a total of 6 people, consisting of a small living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later ones are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.

We stayed here for two nights, and it was a great location to explore Venice from, quiet and safe neighborhood without too many tourists passing by but close enough to all of the major sites. The photos show stairs, but you are not allowed upstairs, it is just a walkway. The only problem we had was that the Wi-Fi did not work in the detached casita bedroom. But we feel like it was a great place to stay, and we’re very happy with the check-in and checkout process as well.

This apartment was perfect for our trip with our 2 adult children. Our son stayed in the disconnected bedroom with its own bath & our daughter slept on pullout coach in main apartment. A little small but worked for us for short stay. Loved location - a little off beaten path but Venice is so small you can walk everywhere.

Lots of space, well set up kitchen, the separate bedroom cabana is great for families with older kids. Very responsive and helpful hosts. This is not a loft that you can use, the loft area is inaccessible and the separate bedroom holds the second sofa bed.
