It sit's on 1 acre of undisturbed land with many paths which can lead you away into the country side for many hours. Even with its rural setting you are only a quick 15 minute walk into the town centre.
Venlaw Castle is a grade B listed building, packed full of original period features. The apartment can be found on the 1st floor and can be accessed via the communal stair well. The main living area is an open planned living, kitchen and dining area with 3 large original sash and case windows overlooking the tree tops of Peebles. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need during your stay including a Nespresso coffee machine.
It has 2 spacious bedrooms, with king size beds and plenty of storage and hanging space for all your belongings. 1 bedroom benefits from an ensuite with shower, and bedroom 2 has spectacular views of the fields, hills and valley which can be enjoyed from the room. Beautiful accommodation and fully equipped with everything you need. Peebles is beautiful only wish we’d stayed longer. Would highly recommend.
