Beside the Sea is a delightful chalet resting in Eype, Dorset and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Single-storey. There are two bedrooms: one super-king (zip/link, can be twin on request) and one double. Shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, a basin, and a WC. Living area with an open layout that includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Heating by electricity. Oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher are all electric. Utility with washing machine, hoover and clothes airer. WiFi and television. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking is available off-road for one vehicle. Picnic bench on a decked area outside. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. The shop is 1.2 miles away, the pub is 0.2 miles away, and the beach is 0.1 mile away. Please keep in mind that check-in begins at 5 p.m. and ends at 10 a.m. Escape reality with a retreat to Beside the Sea. Just three miles from Bridport and four from West Bay, the beach at Eype is a steeply sloping pebble beach that is dog-friendly all year round, as well as the opportunity to eat local fish and chips at the harbour side or ice cream on the seafront. Bridport has everything you need on the high street, including an antiques and collectibles market.

Brilliant location for twice daily trips to the beach and coastal walks to West Bay (not for the faint hearted)-lovely baked goods from Eype Eats cafe - practically at your doorstep. Our family had a brilliant week's hols!

Really enjoyed our stay at Beside the Sea. Lovely cottage, prettily decorated, and comfortably furnished, with ample storage for clothes. Very clean, large shower room with lovely white towels. Kitchen had all the equipment you need. Laundry room really useful. Quiet location with lovely shop nearby selling great local produce. Had homemade apple cake with clotted cream and enjoyed it with a coffee and tea in the little garden attached. Great location on cliff by Eype beach. Lots of lovely walks on to be had including to West bay. Narrow road to and from chalet, not for the faint hearted, but drivers and walkers all very considerate and careful on the road.
