Its geographical position allows Roustika to be the perfect spot of accommodation, since it is easy to schedule your daily tours around the Rethymnon prefecture, having even the farthest points of interest on almost equal distances. At the same time, your accommodation is in a peaceful neighborhood, where you can enjoy quietness and privacy.

The house has a master bedroom with a double sized bed in ground floor with its own WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms; one with double sized bed and one with two single beds.
The house has three bathrooms with a shower in total. On ground floor there is a bathroom, and also a WC (the one in master bedroom). There is one bathroom on first floor as well.
Main area has a sitting area (with decoration fireplace), dinner table and fully furnished kitchen (4 hotplates and big oven) for use by our guests.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned.
The apartment is appropriate for families or a company of six persons.
There is a baby bed at your disposal if needed. If so, the house can have up to 7 persons with the baby.

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Juli als Familie (mit drei Kindern) in dem Haus verbracht. Wir waren bei der Buchung erst wegen der Lage etwas unsicher, ob es uns zu weit im Landesinneren ist, aber wo wir die Villa vor Ort gesehen haben, haben wir uns sofort verliebt: Roustika ist nicht weit, aber sehr ruhig abseits der Trubbel gelegen, die Villa ist einfach wunderschön und geschmacksvoll eingerichtet, tolle Dachterrasse, wo wir morgens und abends gesessen haben und den ausblick aufs Meer und die Berge genossen haben. Die Betten waren bequem, die Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen (es waren sogar Moskitonetze auf allen Fenstern), in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage, welche wir nicht gebraucht haben, weil das Haus an sich sehr angenehm kühl war. In der Küche fanden wir sogar Olivenöl, Kaffee, frisches Obst, Wein und vieles mehr.. An manchen Tagen haben wir sogar das Haus nicht verlassen, weil Pool, Ruhe und schöner Ort uns komplett ausgereicht haben. Einkausmöglichkeiten sind im Nebenort vorhanden. Eleni und Dimitris waren sehr angenehme Gastgeber, haben auf alle Wünsche oder Anfragen sofort reagiert und haben gute Tipps gegeben für die Gegend. Das Meer (Episkopi Beach) ist ca 20 min Autofahrt entfernt. Parkplatz und Liegen vorhanden. Gehören zur Taverne Kyma und die sind sehr entspannt - Liegen sind umsonst, igendwann nimmt man was zum Trinken oder Essen oder auch mal nicht - es kümmert keinen.
Wir würden sehr gerne noch mal kommen!
