Welcome to the charming villa set in lush greenery in Tuscany.
A few steps from the famous Teatro del Silenzio, the Villa is the place where the quiet of nature becomes charm.
Among the green Tuscan hills, north of the charming town of Volterra, where the summer fields reflect gold, this enchanting residence is able to offer relaxation and peace in absolute freedom.
Not far away is San Gimignano, a unique place with an almost unchanged appearance over time, and Borgheri, where some of the best Italian wines are produced.
If you love silence, this is truly an ideal place.
The Space:
The dwelling has 6 double bedrooms for a total of 12 beds, a large equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, four burners, crockery, dining table and chairs and, together, a large living area, six bathrooms, a furnished outdoor patio and a private pool with whirlpool.
In the outdoor spaces, instead, you will find an area for eating outdoors, a barbecue area and a completely fenced plot to entertain even the children but in absolute tranquility.
