This studio apartment, located on the third floor of a building with porter service and lift, has been finely renovated and modernly furnished. The entrance opens to a hallway where a full bathroom can be found on the right, fitted with shower and a space with a washing machine and a dryer.
Walking further guests will reach the room with a modern and well-equipped kitchen, fitted with everything that may be needed to cook among which an induction hob, an oven and a coffee machine, in addition to a breakfast bar with stools. This space is also furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and a TV, together with the access to a balcony.
