Franklyn House is a well presented holiday home, ideally setup for families, a few minutes walk to Tenby's stunning sandy beaches and picturesque harbour. Located on the bustling Upper Frog Street, the apartment is a stone’s throw away from excellent pubs, cafes, restaurants and boutique shops.
Sleeps 6. Can be booked with the adjacent self contained Chattaway Cottage (sleeps up to 4, https://www.vrbo.com/en-gb/p10935312), that includes access to garden courtyard.
The duplex apartment is based on the first and second floors. It has feature high ceilings, chandeliers and a luxurious roll top free standing bath.
From the front door their is a flight of stairs to the spacious open plan living space, and adjacent kingsize master bedroom. The living space has a fully kitted kitchen, island for 6, and comfy lounge with a bay window and 50 inch 4k smart TV., complete with free Netflix and Amazon TV.
On the second floor there are two further generous bedrooms, and a luxurious bathroom with free standing. The bedrooms are both twins, one with 2 single beds, and the other with full adult size bunk beds.
The property benefits from reliable fast fibre broadband.
Tenby can be easily accessed by car, rail or bus. The rail and coach station are both within a 5 minute walk from the property.

Fantastic property right in the centre of Tenby. Perfect for the beaches, bars, restaurants etc.
Tenby is a fabulous resort, very welcoming and dog friendly and this property is in a perfect location for your stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Tenby immensely and the apartment was exactly what we needed. Perfect to house our family for a few days with everything we needed. Great location. Good size. Good amenities.

A lovely apartment and has everything you need. Is based in the centre of Tenby so very easy accessible to the pubs, shops and beaches
Depending on what you are looking for, it is a very busy street with lots going on, so if you want to hear the late night revellers then this if fine. It is situated above a coffee shop which also has noisy units that can be heard during the night if you are a light sleeper.
In low season I would stay here again if you are after a quiet stay.
