We were a party of 10, and the villa was very well equipped for us all. The bedrooms were very comfortable & the whole villa was lovely & clean.
Mouna & Morad, answered any questions we had almost immediately & Sue was extremely helpful.
The only little issue was, there are only 4 sun beds, for 10 people & they are all broken & very uncomfortable when just having a pool day.
But overall a lovely holiday 😊

Booked this property for 10 members of my family . Ranging from 65 to 14 years. The villa was well equipped for all of us , lovely kitchen with all that you need, large fridge and freezer , living room with Netflix. Swimming pool is a good size and most of our party could sit around it at the same time and the second communal pool was mostly empty so that was an added extra . The small apartment downstairs for 4 is pretty basic however was ideal for my family of four . We picked this villa as it was in a quiet area but still walking distance to restaurants, beach , supermarket . Its about 20 minute walk to them . The return walk is up hill so a taxi back was about 7 euro . Used the bolt ap , similar to Uber .
If you are looking for a peacefull break but still want a bit of life which is a short walk away without the need of a car this is the place for you. Also Marbella centre is about 20 mins away in a taxi

Major issues with electrics when we stayed in July ‘22. The owner did deal with the issue but we had to wait in for workmen, no cooking facilities or air con working for 2/3 days. Property furnishings are quite tired. 2 of the deck chairs broke as the material had perished, the sun beds are very uncomfortable and need mattress/pad which were not provided. The property sits near top of a few hills - distance to beach is approx 25 min walk all downhill so getting back up required taxis. Very few restaurants to choose from - better choices in Cala.
Felt the property too far out the way of most things and getting to likes of Cala, Fuengirola etc required taxis again.
Would recommend a car for staying at this property unless you are a really fit family.
