Cozy apartment tastefully furnished by home stager Fosca De Luca, with private hot tub, accessible from the typical porticoes of Bologna's city center.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the living area furnished with a double sofa bed, dining table, and a well-equipped open kitchen.
A bookcase separates this area from the sleeping area, which features a queen-size bed and open clothes hangers.
A bathroom with shower on the lower floor completes the layout. In the basement, after a short flight of stairs, guests will love the private hot tub, where they can relax after visiting the city, inside the bathroom complete with shower.
*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Location is great within walking distance of all you need. The unit has everything you need. It falls down in the bathroom, which is down stairs and need a good clean. Drains are smelly and it feels damp all the time. Apart from that ,upstairs is very comfortable and clean
