Liberty apartment is located on the first floor of a splendid Art Nouveau period villa a short distance from the center of Stresa. The apartment enjoys a magnificent view of the lake and is luxuriously furnished in a classic style.
Liberty apartment is located on the first floor of a splendid Art Nouveau period villa a short distance from the center of Stresa. The apartment enjoys a magnificent view of the lake and is luxuriously furnished in a classic style. From the entrance you reach the large living room divided into two sitting areas, one with TV, which leads to a balcony overlooking the lake. In addition, there is the dining room which leads to the large terrace which houses a large table for dining with a view of the lake. The small kitchen is perfectly equipped with all appliances. The first bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, the second a bathtub. The master bedroom overlooks the back garden and has a large balcony and there is also another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Behind the villa there is a large private garage for two cars. Going down to the main entrance, crossing the main road, you reach the lake area owned by the villa which can be used by guests. Here there is a large raised garden equipped with umbrellas where you can relax and a small wooden house that functions as a changing room and where there are deckchairs and sun loungers that can be used by guests. From the garden, going down two stairs, you reach the private beach with access to the lake. There is also the possibility of approaching with a small boat. In just 10 minutes on foot, walking on a safe sidewalk reserved for pedestrians, you can reach the center of Stresa, reachable by car in 2 minutes. Loved it. You just want to sit on the deck and look at the view. Location is great especially if you have a car. Not having wifi is a problem these days as many work while traveling and cellular wifi for extra daily fee feels a little outdated in today’s world. We didn’t realize that towels and linens would be extra either as well don’t know many people who travel with their own unless staying for quite a while. But minor inconveniences overall. We had great time and it feels like staying in your own home. Lovely!
