From the terrace you have a beautiful view on the mountain peaks and this is a perfect place to spend a holiday in both summer and winter due to the many activities in the region.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern complex in Saalbach. The apartment building is built against the hillside, so the apartment is situated lower than the entrance. From the entrance, you descend two floors via the stairs to the ground floor.
There is a very cozy living room with an open kitchen and a spacious area where you can sit comfortably. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and the second bedroom even has a bunk bed for 2 additional people. The first bathroom has a bathtub, double sinks and a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and a wash basin. The double doors give you easy access to the terrace and the wonderful, enclosed garden with a beautiful view of the mountains.

The center of Saalbach and the supermarket are 4 km from the apartment. Enjoy all the beauty that Saalbach and the surrounding area have to offer, both in summer and in winter. Skiing, hiking, quad biking, climbing, mountain biking, swimming, there is plenty to do for young and old.
Especially in winter, Saalbach is a very popular winter sports destination with an extensive ski area together with Leogang, Fieberbrunn and Zell am See.
